I’m Not That Into The Whole Prom Thing – Will I Regret Not Going?

Most importantly, notice your own feelings as you talk to them about this. Does prom appeal to you now that you know why others are so excited? Perhaps not, but, what you are really doing is making sure that you are exploring your feelings thoroughly. This way, you can make a better decision about going or not.Should you go to prom? If you feel that it could matter to you at all, even well down the road go. Birthdays are generally celebrated in differing ways. One’s relationship with the birthday celebrant defines the manner upon which the special day is spent. Generally, adult celebrations are more formal. They involve a lot of talking, drinking and socializing. Children’s parties, on the other hand, are very different. They have to be more animated and fun-filled. Yet, what makes birthday parties for children different is the birthday celebrant. Unlike the adults who disappear amidst their parties, the birthday boy has to be the center of everyone’s attention. He has to welcome the guests and receive everyone’s gifts. He has to slice the cake after blowing the candle. He must be in the middle of every game. He must be elevated from the rest of the kids when the birthday song is sung in chorus. He has to be at the center of everything – and what better way to make him feel all the more special than through a shirt for the birthday boy?

Although most of the boys actually prefer the color blue, perhaps, it is still better to ask him as he may have a different preference after all.
