My Followers have disappeared on my dashboard, I made no changes, please help me fix it? the “share it” gadget looks weird
tried to add the “share it” gadget, but its placement is so bizarre. I would have thought it should appear below each post, but it appears below all the posts. Also, in a post page, it appears below the post and the comments. I have removed it for now. How should I place it so that it appears below each post? Is this possible? Bear in mind when telling me how to place it that I am blind, so cannot use the mouse. Incidentally, does anyone know a keyboard-based way to drag a gadget? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi!
Certainly, you can add a Blogger gadget inside of your post. Let me explain…
With the new Blogger template system, they have simplified things a bit so you can add a gadget to any section: Header, Sidebar, Footer, but you don’t have control over what is rendered in the Post section. In order to take back this control, you must switch to using the “classic templates” mode. You’ll find this option under “Layout”.

After you switch to classic templates, you can edit your Template HTML and put whatever you want in your post section (including gadgets). Hint: after you switch to using Classic Templates, look for the

But, here’s the catch, in the new Template system, Blogger is handling everything for you including generating the embed code for your gadget. If you want to add a gadget to the post section using Classic Templates, you’ll need to takeover the generation of the code yourself by using Friend Connect.

Blogs are usually aimed for the organic traffic from the SEOs. Search Engines like blogs because their information is constantly updating. You can also optimize the content of your blog for the specific keywords so that your articles would get more attention of the SEOs. Don’t forget that blogs have the informative aim. So if you promote some services there, don’t overstuff it, because the visitors will not like it. People will come to your blog to look for the information. Try to offer your visitors as much useful information as possible, so that they would like to visit your blog again and bookmark your page.

Don’t be courteous that it may cause all your visitors go to the other blogs. Link exchanging strategy proved its effectiveness. It lets more traffic visit your blog. Even if some of them leave your page, those who are interested in your services will stay with you.
Don’t underestimate the blogging. This easy and not expensive method can play a main role in the promotion of your internet based business and help you make money from home.
Setup your blog as a Friend Connect site, and then you can generate the embed code from there and stuff it in your Post section.
For your convenience, “Share It” is already in the Friend Connect gadget directory, so you can easily generate the embed code there without having to do some extra steps.
Paste the code from Friend Connect back in Blogger and you’re solid.
So, yes, this is a bit clunky. I have no idea if Blogger plans to simplify this a bit, but it would make perfect sense to me if they did.
